Service Description
Tournament Overview This is a U18 tournament designed to bring together top local teams in an organized, high-intensity environment. Following a successful trial event in December, this tournament is the next step toward building a fully established and professionally run competition. The event will feature 16 teams competing in a single-elimination (knockout) format, on indoor turf fields with a structured schedule. What’s in It for You The winning team will receive: -A trophy -Individual medals -A free custom jersey for every player on the winning team In addition, a Man of the Match (MOTM) will be awarded in each game, with winners receiving coupons for our website or from an official tournament sponsor. Registration & Payment Policy Booking your spot requires no immediate payment. One month before the tournament, teams will be emailed to submit a $100 deposit. Teams will have 5 days to complete the deposit, or their booking will be canceled and offered to another team. The remaining balance will be due prior to the tournament date.
Cancellation Policy
Teams may cancel their tournament registration up to 7 days before the first day of the tournament to receive a refund of their deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tournament will result in a mandatory $100 cancellation fee. This policy is in place to cover field booking and organizational costs already committed
